Svitlana Khytrenko

Performance Marketing Manager

The roadmap isn't a document anymore — it's a live system you debug in real time.

Svitlana Khytrenko, Performance Marketing Manager

What's the biggest shift in how you work over the last year?

Performance marketing used to mean running campaigns manually, pulling reports, adjusting bids based on yesterday's data. Now I have agent pipelines that monitor campaign performance in real time and surface anomalies before they become budget problems. I'm reviewing what the agents flagged rather than combing through dashboards. The response time went from days to hours. That matters when you're spending at scale.

Walk me through a problem you solved using AI that you couldn't have tackled the same way before.

We had a paid search campaign underperforming against a new competitive entrant. I ran an LLM analysis over our ad copy, landing pages, and conversion funnel compared to the competitor's, looking for gaps. It surfaced that our value proposition copy was three months out of date — we'd shifted the product but hadn't updated the message. Rewriting to match current positioning improved ROAS by 18% in two weeks.

What do you wish you'd known before joining?

That marketing here is not a creative support function. You own budget, you own targets, you own the agentic workflows that run against those budgets. The accountability is sharp and the tooling is sophisticated. Come ready to think like a product manager who also understands acquisition economics. That combination is what this role rewards.
