Applying

  • Demonstrated curiosity and a track record of learning fast matters more than a specific credential. We look for people who have already been using AI tools in their day-to-day work, not for candidates who plan to start after they join.

  • Yes. Apply to every role you are genuinely qualified for. Your recruiter will coordinate if there is overlap. Blanket applications to every open role are not useful to us or to you.

  • Show us what you have shipped. Links to work, specific outcomes with numbers, and a cover note that explains why this role (not a role, this one) are the signals that get a response.

The Interview Process

  • Most roles run three to four rounds: an initial screen, a work-sample or take-home, a panel, and a final conversation with a senior leader. We move quickly and do not pad the process.

  • For technical and product roles, yes. We evaluate how you work with AI, not just how you work around it. Bring your tools. Show your process.

  • You will meet your potential manager, at least one peer on the team, and a cross-functional collaborator. We do not run purely HR-led loops; the people you interview with are the people you will work with.

Timelines

  • Our target is two to three weeks from first screen to offer for most roles. Roles requiring security clearance or executive approval may take longer.

  • Active roles receive a response within five business days. If a role is paused or closed, you will hear that too; we do not leave candidates in the dark.

  • Yes. Let your recruiter know upfront if you are on a compressed timeline: a competing offer, a notice period, a visa situation. We will do our best to accommodate.

Offers & Joining

  • Base salary, equity (RSUs or options depending on level), and benefits. We are transparent about ranges during the first recruiter screen. No bait-and-switch at offer.

  • It depends on the role and team. The job posting will specify. We do not post roles as flexible and then mandate five days in the office after you sign.

  • Your first two weeks are structured: you meet the team, get access to systems, and ship something small. We do not run 30-day orientation programs. You are expected to contribute from week one.

For International Candidates

  • Yes, for roles where we cannot find the right candidate domestically. Sponsorship eligibility is determined on a role-by-role basis and will be discussed during the recruiter screen.

  • All rounds can be conducted remotely. If the role requires relocation, we will cover reasonable relocation costs and give you adequate time to make the move.

  • We have team members in several countries. Open roles outside the US are marked in the job posting. Our global hiring capabilities vary by country; your recruiter can tell you what is possible for your location.
